Susan Lomonaco, also known as Suvi, has been working as a licensed architect in the capital district for over a decade. She has completed a variety of projects, from health care to parrot pavilions, but most recently has enjoyed working with non-profits to design affordable housing.  She has extensive experience in historic preservation, sustainable design and affordable housing funding compliance.  

To create distinct, uplifting and gainful architecture for people of all walks of life.  Whenever and wherever possible, we strive to infuse historically accurate, environmentally responsible and memorable designs into every project that the end-user can be proud of.
